Don Valley for

Environmental Action

Protecting the Don River watershed through green infrastructure advocacy, urban forestry, and community-led conservation.

Our Story

Guardians of the Don River

From source to lake, we advocate for policies that protect and restore the health of the Don River watershed.

The Don River is the lifeblood of our community's ecosystems. We advocate for green roofs, urban tree canopy protection, and native plantings that support wildlife habitat throughout our neighborhoods.

Through tree walks, community education, and partnerships with Toronto Environmental Alliance, we're building a movement for watershed protection. Our upcoming repair cafes will help reduce waste that often ends up in our waterways.
